Cancellation policy
Subscriptions When you sign up for a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected. Your payment data will be stored securely. Each delivery will be invoiced unless you make payment in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time.
Please note, however, that especially with subscription systems, billing takes place on the 16th of each month. Cancellation must be made by the 15th of a month at the latest to end the delivery of the box for the following month. Cancellations received after the 15th of a month will no longer be considered for the following month; in this case, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the subsequent month.
Your order confirmation e-mails contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription. Further details regarding returns and refunds can be found in our return policy.
